Certificates are promptly delivered within 4 to 24 hours, with confidentiality maintained for patient privacy, and are priced between €24.99 and €39.99.
Requirements for Obtaining Your Certificate
Our GP's must determine "medical suitability" before issuing a medical certificate. In cases of serious illness or emergency, this telehealth service should not be used in lieu of seeing a doctor in person.
Students and Employees: Medical certifications for sick leaves may only be obtained online. Anyone over the age of 18 who is an employee or a student at an accredited institution may use it.
The typical cold, cough, sore throat, headache, upset stomach, moderate stress, and other similar continuing minor diseases are the only ones that may be covered by an online sick certificate. Keep in mind that we are unable to alter the document's date of creation, therefore it is imperative that you notify us both on the day you request leave and while you are still unwell.
Certificate Frequency: One medical certificate is available to clients every ninety days.

We don’t encourage the concept that you can purchase a doctor's sick note for work. Your payment is for the GP’s time, and you have to meet our eligibility criteria to get approval. Just like it works in the clinic.

It is possible to make certain changes to your symptoms or, if you feel like you need to extend your sick leave period, the process might incur a fee in case a re-evaluation is necessary or if your doctor's sick note has already been issued.
